Pictures of Our JN500 Planetary Mixer in Philippine:

We went to San Fernando of Philippines for installation  of our JN500 Planetary Mixer from Jan 21^st to Jan 26^th of 2010.

Philippine JN500 concrete mixer is Planetary Mixer, normally is used for the dry-type concrete mixing. The San Fernando client has an old Japanese concrete batching plant. This time, they need change the concrete mixer first, and modify the material measurement system into semi-automatic electronic control.

Compared with the old concrete mixer:

JN500 planetary mixer,  produced by Zhengzhou Unique Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd, has much bigger mixing volume;

The design of rotary mixing blades (Revolution and Rotation) makes the mixing quality is much more uniformity;

The mixing motor is on the top cover, that will stop the concrete leaking and protect the motor.

The previous measurement system is mechanical weighing, the operator control the whole plant manually. We equip our load cells and control panel, they can help the whole plant to achieve weighing and discharging automatically. This solution can save a lot of the operating time and make the final concrete mixture more accurate, meanwhile the client are satisfied with this design and upgrading.
