PLD Series Concrete Batching System
Introduction
PLD series concrete batching system is a kind of equipment with automatically batching material on the front desk and using mixer together. The concrete allocated proportion can adjust according to the need. The machine can supply to one or two mixer at the same time, enhancing the production-efficiency enormously. The machines are different according to the following different weighing bucket: PLD800, PLD1200, PLD1600, PLD2400, PLD4800, PLD3200.
According to the different weighing method, it can be divided into accumulative weighing and independent weighing.
For accumulative weighing method the different discharging point there are discharging point in the middle and the discharging point in one side.
1. Middle Discharging
Structure: Formed by storage bin, Weighing hopper, Tension load cell and conveyor belt.
Discharging method: Electric discharging. The discharging area of storage bin is connected with the conveyor belt, the motor driven belt to take the aggregate to the weighing hopper.
Working principle: Aggregate in each bin are weighed successively. When the first aggregate reaches the weighing hopper for the certain quantity, the motor located in the conveyor stop to working. Then it's turn to the second aggregate …… after weighing, each kind of aggregate is sent to the skip host together by the belt.
Feature: Weighing speed is slow, small number of aggregate supply. Adopt tension load cell.
Applicable models: PLD800, PLD1200, PLD1600
2. Side Discharging
Structure: formed by storage bin, conveyor belt and tension load cell.
Discharging method: pneumatic discharge. there is a air pumb located under the storage bin to control the aggregate discharge or stop to the belt.
Working principle: Aggregate in each bin are weighed successively. The convery is connect with the tension load cell. When the first aggregate drop on the converyor for the certain quantity. The second aggregate begains to dorpping…… after weighing, each kind of aggregate is sent to the skio host together by the belt.
Feature: Weghing speed is slow, small number of aggregate supply.adop tension load cell.
Applicable models: PLD1600, PLD2400
Independent Weighing
Sturcture: Formed storage bin, weighing hopper, converyor blet.
Discharging method: pneumatic discharge.there are tow air pumbs located under the storage bin to conrtol the aggregate discharging or stop to the weighing hopper.
Working principle: Each kind of aggregates are weighing respectively. There are one weighing hopper and two air pumps located under each storage bin. Pressure load sell located beside the weighing hopper to control the aggregate quantity. After weighing, the aggregate drop on belt to the mixer.
Feature: Weighing speed is fast. Large number of aggregate supply. Adopt pressure load cell.
