Points For Operating Concrete Mixer

1. Each time shall not add mixing material casually to exceed the stipulated amount;
2. To avoid sticky cans, when add material to the hopper, the sequence should be: aggregate→  cement→ sand or sand →cement → aggregate;
3. Add water when the hopper starts to discharge, to ensure the mixing time and reduce the dust flying;
4. Don’t stay under the hopper when it is lifting. Overhaul or clear the pit, if it needs to work under the hopper, shut down and lift the hopper to the central of the track, lock well with brake locking;
5. When the hopper is loading to lift, if the within material failed to be poured to the mixing drum, the hopper should be down to the pit, should not stay in the central of the track for a long time;
6. Strictly forbid impacting the hopper with tree or other items, clean the hopper surface with shovel as soon as possible;
7. Shall not overhal and lubricate during the machine operation;
8. During the operation, don’t make sand fall into the machine operation area, so as not to lock and damage the moving parts;
9. Attention to electric appliance safety, to prevent the motor from moisture and the electrical components and wiring from damage;
10. Smoothly operate and turn the manual valve of mixing tank;
11. If the close pot phenomenon happens, manually remove the tank material at once, don’t start the mixing motor at force, so as not to burn the main motor;
12. Empty material thoroughly each time, to avoid mixing overload and stuffy can;
13. When lift the hopper, observe the wire rope in the hoisting plate and the utmost position, anti-hoisting and lower hopper empty rope.
