1.local layout designing:

After placing order, Unique engineer will give you the machines layout that shows how to install and foundation requirement. Customers can reply and communicate with engineers according to their own requirement.

2.Installation & commissioning:

After the machines arrived, as customers’ invitation, Unique will send engineers to abroad to help customer install and commissioning. Engineers will also help to give training the operation skills for customers. And when finished, we will sign a machines acceptance paper with customer.

3.Daily maintenance:

Engineers can supply daily maintenance guidance and help to response problems.

4.Client Training:

Unique engineers can supply free training for customers and give operation guidance.

5.Heavy repair & upgrading:

After warranty time, as customers’ invitation, Unique engineers can supply heavy repair service,during this repairing, if need to be upgraded, we can also give upgrading services.

B. Engineers Oversea Service

To service customers better, the Unique Group asphalt batching plant manufacturers have opened several oversea agencies all over the world, including the Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia,South Africa and etc. Unique agencies will give you technical support and provide on-site services. If you are not in these countries, do not worry, Unique will send engineers from China Headquarter.
