UNUQE mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with 4*6m3 aggregate silo. Aggregate weighing is made by means of aggregate weight belt equipped with sensitive loadcell sensor.

After the aggregate weighing process, the materials are transferred to JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer which is equipped with automatic lubrication system. UQNIEU mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with cement weight batcher, water weight batcher and additive water weight batcher. The water is fed into concrete mixer with pressure by means of a water pump after water weight batcher. The operator cabinet is designed to provide a wide operating view and it can be folded during the transportation.

The control of the system is made by means of fully automatic computerized control system with SIEMENS PLC operator panel.
