How should concrete mixers be maintained?

(1) The lubricating oil of the concrete mixer's reduction gearbox needs to be replaced after it is put into use for the first time for 200 hours. The lubricating oil needs to be replaced after 500 hours of use for the second time. The lubricating oil of the reduction gearbox needs to be replaced every 2500 hours during the normal production period. The oil pump needs to be checked every day to see if the lubricating grease actually reaches the shaft head.

(2) After the concrete mixer has been working for one cycle, the mixture residue should be removed, and the mixing shaft, mixing arm, and mixing knife should be cleaned. During manual cleaning, it is prohibited to use a hammer to remove the mixture residue, because violent impact will cause the mixing knife to break.

(3) When the gap between the wearing parts of the concrete mixer is greater than 8mm, the gap should be adjusted to between 5 – 8mm by adjusting the blade or replacing the wearing parts.
