HZS commercial concrete mixing plant is a fully automatic intelligent concrete mixing equipment,it use belt conveyors to transport aggregate continuous from batcher system to mixer and have a larger efficiency. this plant consisting of ingredients, mixing and electrical control.

The working procedure of the automatic control system is as follows

1. Open the control software and log in to the operation interface;
2. Set or retrieve the working parameters of concrete production, such as proportioning number, concrete grade, slumping degree, production volume, etc.;
3. Start production;
4. The control software (PLC) will send a signal to each part of the mixing station to complete the feeding, weighing, stirring and unloading of the materials;
5. If there is a problem in the production process, the control software will detect the problem and display the warning light on the display or on the instrument panel to prompt the operator to stop production in time until the problem is solved.
6. Regarding material feeding, various motors, butterfly valves and sensors will work automatically according to digital signals;
7. The high-pressure pneumatic system will provide sufficient power to each unloading mechanism, such as the aggregate bin, the butterfly valve of each weighing bucket, the mixer discharge gate, etc.;
8. The control software will operate the mixing station for continuous production until the set production volume is completed, unless it is stopped urgently or transferred to manual mode.
