Analysis of Limestone Crushing Plant with 100000 TPD Capacity

According to the limestone features and customers requirements, DSMAC configurates a limestone crushing line with jaw crusher and impact crusher like this: ZSW vibrating feeder + PE1200*1500 jaw crusher + PF1820 impact crusher. The whole investment of this crushing line is 40 million yuan, but the profit is considering. Because of the input size is less than 800mm, the impact crusher is used for the final products with three standards of 5-7mm, 7-25mm, 20-30mm, and the stone and rock flour are also separated.

In this crushing line, the impact crusher is of special design with high chrome composite blow bars.
