Raymond Grinding Mill is used in grinding the non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff which has the Moh's hardness below 9.3, humidity less than 6%,such as mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, etc. The final products change from80 to 425 meshes and part of them can add up to 1000fineness. By being equipment particular parts, the machines can produce thick powders ranging from 30 to 80 meshes.

Raymond Mill Technical Advantage:

The final product size ranges from the maximum particle diameter of 0.613mm (30mesh) to the finest diameter of 0.033mm (425 mesh). A few materials can reach 0.013mm (1000 mesh).

Compared with the common grinding mill under the same power conditions, the capacity can be increased by 10%; moreover, under the performance of high-pressure springs, the rollers grinding pressure on raw materials can be raised by 800-1200kg
